• No entry fee for now. 100% FREE!
• A short film of particular GENRE: FANTASTIC, HORROR, ACTION, SCI-FI, THRILLER, WESTERN, MONSTER, SUPERNATURAL etc. We don't accept too ordinary and boring drama.
• Produced maximum one year before the festival main event.
• Maximum 10 minutes duration including opening and end credit.
• Minimum resolution must be High Definition (720p) MP4 with H.264 codec, Full HD (1080p) is more preferable.
• Must be English subtitled.
• Copyright issue must be managed by the filmmaker. We do not take any responsibility if there is copyright infringement. Festival curator has right to disqualify the film that has potential copyright issue.
• Film material must be uploaded to Google Drive and the link must be accessible by our festival curator.
• Festival organizer may to use part of the film material including still image, screenshot, footage clip, audio etc. for publication and archive. We make sure that there will be no abuse of copyright or material misuse.
• Participant should fill the form correctly and agree with festival rules and regulations. Once we announced the open submission schedule, you may go to the "Submit Your Film" page on our official website.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION
• We love low budget film with good action, practical effects made with decent craftmanship and cool production design but...
• The storytelling is EVERYTHING!
• Unique and distinctive in style while has strong identity is also our preference.
• Relevant issue undertone is a BIG PLUS!
